Whoa! Life has struck once again. And yet another month has past...blogless. So much to share and such little time to share it. From broken bones to beach trips and now an upcoming b-day, I mean I really mean to be a good blogger, but somehow, I just seem to prioritize this to the end of the list. Actually I am going to blame it on my promise in the previous blog, you know where I said I was going to post the next day on the 'many moods of Ansley'? NEVER make promises on the blog. That will come, but NOT tonight. I'm going to share some other recents.

I found this this morning as I was leaving. Gabe is letting all the world (or at least those traveling down our street) that we are in the final countdown stages until the BIG SIX!

Soooo...in case you didn't know, you can't say he didn't try & tell you.

REWINDING A BIT........

About 3 1/2 weeks ago, we decided to take an impromptu drive over to Kossuth to spend a day with cousins & grandparents. And the above picture is how it ended. ..Well not exactly. It actually ended in tears & lots of pain for the little guy. This picture was several days later. Apparently, it is not uncommon practice to eat complete junk, jump on furniture, go hog wild, and in this instance, sit on top of the kitchen table to watch TV???? Anyhow, it ended with Gabe on the hardwood floors with a broken collar bone. YIKES! One tough little guy though. Not too much complaining. At times it comes in handy to have a radiologist for a daddy.

But, we're all better now. Sling came off over the weekend, and other than that knot protruding from his flesh that used to be straight, the one that makes me cringe to look at or touch, he is completely back to normal. With a good story to tell. Well, a good story if he takes the advice from neighbor Mr. Jim and tells that he fell out of a tree or was injured in a sporting event of some kind.
