Hangin' with the Fleming's

As I mentioned in the last post, Candy is my longest best friend. We met in kindergarten and even roomed together in college. We have been separated by many states ever since we graduated from college, but have stayed in touch through many hour long phone conversations over the years. Especially true since starting our families.
Nothing will bond you like being pregnant at the same time. And when your due dates are only days apart...oh my at the notes to compare!
This was the first time Candy has been able to visit our home and the kids had a blast! I am loving seeing them together and imagining them having some similiar adventures that we once had. ...well hopefully not...



Gabe & Harrison made fast-friends. Especially once they discovered their mutual adoration for POWER RANGERS!!!



We decided to spend their last day with us at the Botanical Gardens. It was cool, but beautiful.

"Dinosaur Uproar" is the current exhibit, and man was it life-like!

These little babies soaked it all in...especially the sun. (oops!) Who thinks about sunscreen in 50-degree-March weather??? I guess WE will next time.

All good days must come to an end. We hugged good-bye and are planning our trip to Missouri! PROMISE!
